On May 2-10, 2026, 8 delegates representing the Republic of Rwanda's Ministry of Trade and Industry, Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Centre (CPCIC), National Industrial Research and Development Agency (NIRDA), Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA), Rwanda Development Board (RDB), and Rwanda Green Fund participated in a knowledge exchange to South Korea, on the margins of Korea Green Innovation Days (KGID 2026), where they met with several Korean organizations.
The exchange enabled direct engagement with Korea’s eco-industrial park (EIP) ecosystem, combining policy learning, operational benchmarking, and partnership development. It also confirmed strong alignment between Rwanda’s priorities and Korean expertise across eco-industrial parks, environmental infrastructure, and green technology development.
