Seoul Metropolitan Government and the International School of Urban Sciences at the University of Seoul are accepting applications for the 2024 Global Urban Leaders Program (GULP), which will run from March ~July 2024.
The program aims to:
-Train decision-making public officials in the urban sector by sharing Seoul’s successful development cases and experiences.
-Develop a basis for collaborative relations between Seoul and its sister cities.
-Develop feasible and effective urban sector ODA projects in Seoul partner cities.
