Grant Activities
Project Summary:
The grant aims to strengthen Kosovo's capacity for digital transformation. Its central goal is to build the foundations for a trusted data ecosystem in Kosovo and leverage innovative digital solutions to improve public service delivery at scale.
The grant covers five activities:
- A diagnostic of Kosovo's data ecosystem and policy recommendations
- Design of a GovTech Innovation Lab aimed at co-creating inclusive digital services with the private sector and academia
- Developing a roadmap for ethical AI and Big Data use in support of the GRID strategy
- An action plan drawing on Korean digital governance experiences
- Knowledge exchange through study tours for Kosovo officials to South Korea
This grant is aligned as follows:
- The grant complements and build upon the Strengthening Digital Governance for Service Delivery Project (P178162), by providing proof of concepts that can be scaled up using the foundations laid down by the Project through a new Digital Acceleration operation.
