Green Fields, Digital Yields: Accelerating Agricultural Innovation in Peru

Project Summary:

This initiative supports Peru in scaling digital agricultural innovations that improve productivity, resilience, and sustainability. The grant strengthens digital advisory services and data platforms to help farmers adapt to climate risks while boosting inclusive rural growth. 

List of Activities:

• Activity 1, Information Gap Analysis: a report on current public agri-food data and digital extension services in Peru.
• Activity 2, AI Chatbot Services design: technical assistance and beta testing. It includes technical specifications for data integration, to improve the user interface of the AgroDigital app for smallholder farmers.
• Activity 3, Knowledge Exchange: two international workshops. One is in Korea for the public sector and one is in Peru for the private sector.
