On November 10-14, officials from Kenya’s Ministry of Housing, and relevant institutions, and India’s Ministry of Housing, and local governments, participated in a study tour that provided targeted knowledge-sharing experience on Korea’s institutional framework and project cases in urban development and housing finance.
Korea Land & Housing Corporation offered practical lessons in systematic and inclusive urban development; Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation provided insights into financing mechanisms that can effectively support affordable housing and urban regeneration projects; and International Contractors Association of Korea showcased Korea’s leading technologies in the construction and data sectors.
