Haiti’s industrial parks, particularly those supporting the garment sector, are vital to the country’s economy, contributing significantly to exports and GDP. However, political instability, gang violence, and regulatory challenges have severely disrupted operations. The KGGTF-supported program focused on improving sustainability and resilience in Haiti’s industrial sector through enhancing resource efficiency, transitioning to eco-industrial parks and strengthening regulatory frameworks.
